Large batches of soil are most efficiently processed in a 40-position rotor, while high-pressure samples (polymers, coal) require fewer, more robust vessels. Preekem's rotor range covers the entire spectrum without needing to change platforms. Our Preekem technicians perform factory-approved service on TFM vessels and rotors with documented traceability. - Annual check of pressure, temperature and safety functions per manufacturer protocol. - Original consumables: TFM/PTFE vessels, rupture discs, gaskets and pressure-sensor seals. - Fast troubleshooting for magnetron, sensor or rotor failures.
