Program control with up to 9 segments provides reproducible temperature ramps, and forced convection (optional) ensures uniform heat distribution even in full batches. Our Nabertherm technicians keep the L/LE muffle furnace series in calibrated condition for materials analysis and thermal processes. - Annual temperature calibration with traceable probe (multi-point per AMS 2750/ISO 17025). - Original parts: heating elements, thermocouples, insulation, controllers. - Operational assessment and preventive replacement of element bridges before failure.
