Digital pressure control combined with Memmert's patented thermoshelves, where each shelf is heated directly via metal contact, delivers faster, more uniform, and gentler drying than conventional vacuum ovens with wall heating only. Three chamber volumes (29, 49, and 101 L) cover everything from small R&D flows to industrial production control. With the optional speed-controlled vacuum pump, energy consumption is reduced by an estimated 70% compared to fixed speed, making a measurable difference in facilities with continuous operation.
