The sensor is based on diffuse reflectance in the NIR range and delivers stable measurement directly above the web, conveyor or free-fall stream — without sampling, fume cupboard or drying loss. The sensor integrates with PLC or DCS systems via 4–20 mA or Modbus and drives feedback in drying, dosing or quality alarms.
