Labsense Oy was founded 2016 by technicians with extensive backgrounds in analytical instrument distribution in Finland. The business was built from the first installation as a contract partner model: a company that takes responsibility for instrument selection, commissioning, calibration, and service throughout the instrument's entire lifespan. Ten years of Nordic industrial installations later, the Finnish customer base is mature, and service contracts are in their second and third cycles for the majority of customers. Year 2026 operations expand to Sweden and Denmark under the name Labsense. The Finnish head office in Nokia handles Nordic service and delivery coordination. The Swedish office from 2026 is responsible for the Swedish business, and the Danish office covers the Danish customer base with close-to-customer application support. Service and engineering capacity plus a central spare-parts stock are consolidated in the Nordics, giving Nordic coverage with engineers on site within the agreed response time. We operate as a single integrated partner — a supplier that takes responsibility for the measurement chain from instrument selection to ongoing service. Three service contracts are tailored to the plant's criticality and operating model. Operator training, periodic calibration, and spare-parts logistics are defined per level.
